We worked with the Underwriting Department of Guardian Insurance to redesign and streamline their policy manuals, making them user friendly resulting in a reduction in the number of FAQ received from Insurance Agents.

We developed a comprehensive disaster plan that helps the company effectively operate and assist their clients in natural disasters. This plan consists of processes and procedures to be follow by the management team to assure their clients safety and continued service through a crisis.
» Motivational Training
We designed a motivational training program for the sales team of a home security company to help improve their sales objectives. This program allowed the team to build confidence when closing a deal, improve team work, and help meet their sales quotas.
» Technical Training Manuals
Designed all training materials needed to teach employees at Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises the new EnterpriseOne application used for scheduling new assignments. In addition to this we assured a smooth transition from the AS400 screens to the new JD Edwards/PeopleSoft web based application.
Documented all internal procedures for BioCollections Worldwide Inc. self proprietary system, used to register new clients and process all orders in their internal system.
Developed job aids for each individual processes to help train new employees on how to use the database and teach current employees the new system enhancements.
